TenRen Ti Kuan Yin Oolong Tea (50 tea bags, individually sealed)

I have never had this type of tea before until I read a review and decided I wanted to try it. It is wonderful. There is a slightly smoky flavor. I will definitely buy it again.

I made milk tea with these tea bags and I like its smooth taste! Highly recommend it and will buy it again!

Honestly, was not the biggest fan of this tea and it’s disappointing because I was hoping it would have the real taste! My friend Xiaomei and I did not find it to be very tasty....

Kuan Oolong implies a process or baking/browning the green tea a bit, probably would be preferred by coffee drinkers its a bit harsher then straight Oolong. When I did not have the smooth taste of the other Oolong I did some internet searching to find out what I had, it's alright and certainly is lot as hash as Lipton but I will go back to just Oolong next time..

When I lived in Taiwan, my go-to milk tea was the 鐵觀音珍奶 from 清玉. This is the only tie guan yin oolong that I've found that tastes EXACTLY like it! It is strong enough to not be drowned out by a bit of milk and sugar if I'm feeling really nostalgic, but also tastes great plain. The taste is roasted and smooth and the aroma adds so much! Leaving the tea bag in also never turned it bitter. Tastes great hot or cold. Overall, my favorite caffeinated tea option :)

Certainly not monkey picked. Tastes over-roasted. Not a great choice.
