Lastolite by Manfrotto LL LC5621 Plain Collapsible Reversible Background - 1.5 x 1.8 m, Black/White

Seeing that I don't get an answer from Lastolite to my messages, maybe I can get some movement going with a review here. In case one of you Lastolite/Manfrotto/VitecGroup people are reading this, it's ticket number 109671.(a) It is full of creases -- in particular in the centre of the white side -- and I cannot find information anywhere whether I can just iron them out. This is not really a fit for location product. Am I supposed to buy a steamer as well? A little caveat in the description would have been very welcome!(b) The metal ring-tension seems fairly low, which means that even when suspended from a bar the background doesn't stay level, it keeps twisting off plane. I'm not sure whether this is the reason for the creases, or whether the cloth was just cut too large.(c) "Triple reinforced" equates to two seams and something else. Whatever that third reinforcement is ...(d) The fabric is actually translucent. I'm not sure this poses a problem for me, but forget using it in front of a window.(e) The way the fabric handles are attached doesn't inspire confidence for the long haul. Hard to explain in words, but the way the nylon fabric is sewed in, it is pointing towards the inside of the background. That means when you hang it up on the tabs, it exerts a lot of strain on the seams.So this doesn't exude quality. Something I would have expected for a premium of close too 100% over the cheaper products on here. I would also expect Lastolite customer service to reply to my questions! Do I have a lemon? Maybe ...===edit - about 2 weeks later:To be completely fair to the Vitec Group (Lastolite's mother company), they have finally gotten back to me regarding my questions. There were no direct answers, however they offered to pick-up the backdrop and examine it.Too bad it took them 2 weeks (apparently holiday backlog) to reply. Had I not returned it to Amazon, I would have taken them up on their offer.

Sinceramente capisco che nessuna azienda sia perfetta, ma quando spendi per un Lastolite (invece che per alternative 4 volte più economiche), è davvero deludente che ti arrivi con la superficie bianca sporca di nero (forse umidità ne magazzini?!?) e non utilizzabile.L'ho rimandato indietro.

Semplicemente meraviglioso, costruzione impeccabile, materiali di livello e made in Uk. Lo uso per ritrattistica e posso dire che svolge il suo lavoro egregiamente. Calcolate che si richiude in 3 secondi senza il minimo sforzo. Consigliato a tutti coloro che cercano un prodotto professionale ad un prezzo secondo me giusto.
