When I received this product the first time, it was broken in 3 pieces. I immediately sent it back and they immediately replaced it. The second one I kept protected until I was going to use it. Unfortunately, when I was taking it out of package to put on cake, it snapped in two pieces (between the r and a). So I had to tape one piece to a straw and tape together before placing on the cake. After party I tried super gluing together, but it wouldn't hold. It's a very nice product, matched my "rose gold" theme. it's just very fragile, so be super careful handling and removing from package. I was so busy running around at party that I didn't even take a pic. :-(
