They scratch and scuff way to easily. Plastic is thin enough to fit with a glass lens behind it but so thin that heat warps the plastic and you start to see multiple reflections of the puddle when welding. so not recommended at all.

Fits my jackson hood
Fits my Jackson hood. No problems... Plastic lens are much better than the glass ones. The slag doesn't really stick on the plastics
