I bought this for a summer cage theme thinking it wouldn’t get much use, but my Syrian hamster LOVES this little hide!! It is the first place he goes when he wakes up. The clam is a nice cool place for him to go to beat our summer heat. Since this is his favorite hide, I guess there will be a clam in every cage theme I do:-)The only issue I have with it is the shotty paint job, but that is simply cosmetic and my hamster sure doesn’t care.

Purchased for my axolotl, took a month to get to us in New York. It’s ADORABLE! My axolotl is full grown and she doesn’t quite fit all the way in, but she keeps going in it and seems to like it.

Exactly as described, came in great packaging, and is very well made. Correct color and a nice size for my tiny mouse! Would be too small for a rat and snug for a teddy hamster. I would strongly recommend for mice or dwarf hamsters. Mine does not sleep in his clam but he does climb on it and goes inside it, I also hide treats in there. So your pet may not sleep in this as it is rather open, but I'm sure they will use it.

I used this in my goldfish aquarium, it's large enough for them to comfortably hang out in. I honestly LOVE IT and it's so cute when they go inside. my fish are about 2.5 inches long. There are no sharp edges to potentially injure them and there's a glaze on the inside that's extra smooth. I dipped it in boiling water just to be safe before putting it in their tank. Very impressed with the quality!

It arrived completely broken due to bad packing. I dont think I'll order anything ceramic agas in. Too bad because it looks really cute in photos.

You NEED this. Super easy to clean and Chicken Nugget LOVES it! She literally doesn't leave it and I need to dump her out if I want attention😂 super cute and helps beat the Florida heat because its ceramic

I bought this for my aquarium. I have an axolotl. She loves to spend time in it, but only her front have fits in it. LOL. Her little pink tail sticks out.

I love these shells. I have two of them and my hamsters love them!
