Faulty
I was disappointed that my LED panel didn't illuminate after installing it and switching it on. I was beginning to doubt my wiring, but on examination the driver had a loose neutral connection at each end. Pretty poor quality control if you ask me.

One of the drivers was not working because it had been wired incorrectly reversed red to black. black to red.
