I originally bought this in a store and it worked great for my sensitive scalp. When I ran out, I looked to Amazon and found a pretty good price so I went with it. Unfortunately, this shampoo is nothing like the shampoo I bought in store even though it has the same packaging. It smells horrible and almost metallic. What's worse is it has caused irritation in my scalp. Additionally, the shampoo leaked everywhere in the order and the bottles were sticky. This experience makes me apprehensive to buy health and beauty products from Amazon because I am unsure of the quality I am going to receive. This is definitely not the same product I purchased in stores. I feel completely ripped off.

I wasn't so sure about this product at first but after using a whole bottle (shampooing with it 2-5 times per week) the psoriasis on my scalp has decreased significantly. Less itching and flaking is so great. It has been years since my scalp has been in this good of shape. Plus this shampoo makes my hair look just as good as my pricy shampoo. I would recommend this product to anyone but especially those who suffer from painful burning psoriasis on their scalp.

I bought this for a friend, who swears by it. When I opened the package, it was very sticky and a mess! The bottle lids were not screwed on tightly and the shampoo leaked all over the bottle and packaging.

I really like this and will definitely order it again. It has a pleasant mild smell of tea tree oil and leaves my hair squeaky clean. My scalp has been easily irritated by other kinds of shampoo, but this one does not cause any problem.

I love this shampoo, makes my sensitive scalp feel great, leaves my hair nice and shiny. I never get at all "flaky" when I'm using this product. I've used it for 3 years or so, then recently had to switch brands when my grocery store discontinued it, the other "organics" brand tea tree shampoo totally made my scalp itch again. I will continue using this either finding it somewhere else locally, or via amazon.

I had previously been using Jason's Tea Tree Shampoo, but it just wasn't doing the job. I needed a shampoo that would not leave residue, but at the same time keep my scalp from being dry and itchy. This is one of my "Subscribe and Save" items, so I get 15% when I have 5 items per month. That helps bring the cost down. It smells pretty strongly of tea tree, which I don't really mind but I see how it could turn some people off. The smell doesn't stay in your hair at all after you rinse, so no worries.

I have been using this shampoo for a long while now. I buy it from our health food store. This was my first time purchasing on Amazon. The shampoo is very watery (as if it had been diluted), it doesn't smell as strong and there was no tamper proof seal on the 2 pack I received. I won't be ordering again. I will go back to buying from our health food store.

I have scalp acne Folliculitis. The shampoo is also great and used with the conditioner provides a smooth calm scalp. Reduced redness and bumps. So much better than those horrible drying tar smelling shampoos. This not only calm the scalp but moisturise too. All natural ingredients. I have a 4c Afro hair and can use everyday if needed depending on how your badly scalp is (I done no breakout since using this). The regular you use this shampoo the more healed healthy scalp it will become.Don’t be afraid if you have Afro hair go for it.Note: reduce sugar starchy food for less scalp breakouts.

I have been buying and using this excellent shampoo for many years, however, Waitrose has decided not to stock it any more.Well done Amazon stocking it at a fair price.

Great shampoo which helps with my itchy scalp. Smell is subtle and refreshing. Expensive but lasts a long time.

Helps dry scalp & itching

Shampoo does not make much foam so the texture once on the hair feels a bit dry but so far has been effective in keeping itchiness and scaling at bay (I used Head and Shoulders previously). However: I have bought this shampoo because it is biodegradable and it was delivered to me in a big box full of polystyrene packing peanuts so that was disappointing: message to the supplier: please try to be more mindful with the packaging
