Great CB
Excellent CB, very easy to install and use as a switch with the easy reset button. Works as advertised and seem very well constructed.

See the difference in my photo to the "competition"
The image I provided is to compare 300a breakers. Both were purchased on Amazon last year. The red one was my first purchase and kept tripping at 150a by the time I had it installed and noticed I was past the return window. This yellow one is so much better quality in every single way! And it was only a few dollars more! Well worth the few extra bucks

Works great in many 12v circuits
perfect solution for classic vehicles that don’t get driven daily works as a battery cut off switch with the added can be easy hidden as a added security feature to prevent vehicle theft also adds peace of mind on older vehicles having a main breaker between the battery and the car if the event of electrical shortages on old wire harnesses

Good build quality, but only 1/4" studs
This unit is built well, but if you run 100A thru it, the lug connections will get quite warm due to the relatively small contact surface and 1/4" studs. To keep cables cool when running 100A or more you need 3/8" studs

Decent quality
Installed several of these so far on our work trucks to supply power to the back for power tongue jacks. So far they seem good and have had no issues.

Best circuit breakers available, period.
If you are looking for a “fuse” or breaker, this is THE one that you want. I have looked at every available option in a car audio installation, and these breakers work so much better than an inline fuse.First, if the fuse blows, no need to have to get another one. The breaker is just tripped. Also, and more importantly, it gives the ability to “switch” off the power, or open the connection. Makes it easy to work on components by flipping the switch, then turning back on by just clipping it back in. Easy.For those that bought the 250 amp like I did, that one doesn’t come with a switch. But get one that has an onboard switch that makes it easy to open the connection. Is a lifesaver.Also, best point about THIS one over any other one is the 3/8” lug connection. Way beefier and more contact surface to flow the energy across to what you need. Everything else is 1/4” or 5/16”, so this is the king of connection at 3/8”.Stop looking around. This is what you want. Trust me.
