Great stories

I have not read this book yet but I must tell you that I agree with everyone that has written about Chicken Soup For The Soul.I have read just about every book so far that was written. I gave about 30 or more away to others so they can enjoy them also. I have since bought the kindle and have at least over 10 on them. Whenever a new book comes out you can bet I would buy it and I would advise anyone that likes to read to do the same. They are the most heartwarming stories and the best part is that they are written from people like you and me. I am going to buy the kindle book now and read on into the night. My Review:Most people enjoy hearing about someone who took an undesirable, sour experience and turned into something deliciously sweet - like making lemon meringue pie from lemons. Here's a book where you can be the guest as 101 people serve you lemon pie made from their own special recipe. You decide how many piece you want at a time. I had to have at least four or five every time I sat down at this Chicken Soup for the Soul table! Some days I had to come back for a few more servings. My favourite serving was, Heart Surgery by Ken Freebairn. Faced with a failing heart, he took a good look at his life and surmised if he wanted a fighting chance, he'd have to make some drastic changes: "I released all the things that had stolen my very life from me. I set them free. I made peace with God and myself and let go of all the things that over the years had clogged my heart. That day, to my amazement, I had two major heart surgeries." I love all of the chicken soup books. I enjoy starting my day with inspiration from people just like me. It is refreshing to hear their stories and seeing how they overcame trials and tribulations. I will try to purchase as much of these books as I can and so should you.

Love, Love, Love The Chicken Soup book collections. I have this one on my Kindle and I have read it through twice. It is SO inspirational! The authors have had some serious struggles and they could have just curled up in a ball and given up.....but they did not. This is a must read for anyone going through tough times.

As an avid Chicken Soup reader, I nestled down with this book as soon as I received it. Some of the stories made my eyes leak. Hard to pinpoint a favorite. Finished it in no time and can't wait for the next book.

Great book!

I thought this was a different kind of book, not a list of many messages, however, it seems I have messed up and bought, two of the paper backs, and one of the kindle variety. I must have had a hard week when I did that. But it's a good book. I will give the paper backs away to friends who might make use of the information within. You should read it.

Love these books. Enjoy reading and there are times when they are great help.I read them often, and pass them on for others to read.
