Sturdy case

Quality mini case nice color specific place to store little container to fill iron and a pocket in lid to store an item

Picked this up for my Dritz Mighty Iron, since it appeared to be the same size as the SF-717. Fits just fine, even the lil' hub for the water measure is the right size. The case itself is solid with a good zipper.Two minor complaints- while all the photos show a detachable wristrap, mine is permanently sewn in. I actually don't intend to travel much with this (just needed a small iron), so it's definitely in the way. Also, the top pocket isn't as useful as it could be- I've got a mini mat & the instructions/original pouch in mine. The mini mat doesn't fit flat, but that's not unexpected. However, you can feel the pressure from the iron pushing into the top when you zip it up. I can't imagine the Dritz iron is so much taller than the 717 that this lil' bit of stuff is problematic. Still zips up though, so I can't complain too much!

I like the compact size and the sturdiness of this small iron carrier. I can fit easily into my sewing bag and still protect both the iron and my sewing projects and accessories.

I bought this little iron to use while traveling. I used it a couple times now and it has worked great. It’s very small so easy to pack

I really like this case. The iron fits perfectly and there is a bump out for the water measuring cup. I wanted something to keep the iron in to take it with me as I use it for quilting and sewing. I wish there were more color choices then red or grey in the version 2. I ordered the red for my son only to find out that it is actually pink. A nice black or true red would have been nice to choose from so we could see whose is whose rather then two grey cases. Over all very nice, sturdy and compact. The zipper is nice also the case should last for a long time.

and that was a biggie. it's also a semi-hard shell which was important to me because although the iron was cheap, i would rather not have to replace it immediately after purchase because it got broken from a drop or something equally annoying like that. ~i have cats. they like to "investigate" stuff by knocking it off shelves and so forth. so i have to find ways of "investigation proofing" things. lol~

Sturdy case, fits my Aldi mini iron well.
