The best vinyl wrap
Didn’t have any issues with it. It was easy to use and the price is good.

Much better than Vvivid
I previously installed a Vvivid vinyl blackout kit on my trim. It was somewhat difficult to install and required a bunch of heating to follow the contours of the window trim, but it worked. After a few months, it shrank back, and after a year it was peeling off. I can't speak to the longevity of the 3M vinyl, but the installation bodes well. The 3M material feels thicker but is more flexible, requiring no heat to follow the contours of my windows. Since it didn't need to be heated, it didn't shrink back after a month of temperature fluctuations. The adhesive feels stronger and the process was easier. The knife provided is useless for anything but cutting yourself. I recommend taping it shut and tossing it. Squeegees are always good to have, but on something this narrow you probably don't need one. Just buy a roll long enough for extra because the process takes time and patience. You'll likely mess up one or two sections along the way. Knifeless tape is a game-changer so you don't need to put a sharp knife against your chrome plastic. Watch some tutorials, prep your surface, take your time, apply in a warm, clean environment, and be kind/patient with yourself if you're not intimately familiar with vinyl wrapping.

Great for Chrome Delete!
I did a chrome delete on my car with this over a year ago. It’s super sticky and has stayed on for the past year without issue, it being thick helps (I was worried about car washes or rain but theres been no issues). It was a TON cheaper than going somewhere else. This roll was enough for my entire car, it’s easy to stretch. I did the grill and windows. I like the satin texture instead of a shine.

Great tape. Junk tool kit
Works great and looks awesome The tool kit that comes with it in my opinion is junk I used this to apply it and liked it the best Gomake 4.7 out of 5 stars 219 Reviews Vehicle Vinyl Wrap Window Tint Film Tool Kit Include 4 Inch Felt Squeegee, Retractable 9mm Utility Knife and Snap-off Blades, Zippy Vinyl Cutter and Mini Soft Go Corner Squeegee for Car Wrapping

Works like a charm.
Apologies for the shadow on the car in the photo, my driveway has constant cover throughout the day and it doesn't really do the end result justice. This tape was really easy to use and, in my opinion, worth the cost above other brands. It sticks very well to chrome after a good cleaning with alcohol and tucks nicely under the weather stripping as long as you plan the amount of 'overhang' just right. This was my first time doing a chrome delete and anything larger than a badge and my third time ever wrapping anything. I did fail three times before I got the first door right, mainly because I kept trimming the vinyl to much and exposing the chrome - no fault of the product there. It's just thick enough to be durable but thin enough to be easy to work with - on a warm enough day, no heat gun required but I would hit some areas with extra heat to get the adhesive to bond better. I did the rear small window with a different brand and it was not as cooperative. In hindsight, I would have picked up another roll of the 4" for that but since I got the 2" (honestly, 1" would have been wide enough for the chrome trim on the doors of my 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback), I needed a larger sheet of the other stuff. This tape worked so much better than the other brand of normal sheet but I made that work because I have to. I have a feeling that one will go first and I'll end up redoing it, in which case I will definitely pick up the 4" roll of this.

Great Quality ❤️❤️❤️
Great product great quality just a whole lot of greatness for a wonderful product. If you want a high quality wrap spend a little more and get a whole lot more. Just in cleaning it alone you will save oodles of time. When it comes to wrap 3m is the only company I trust. 🔥🔥 ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

2019 Toyota rav4
So far so good. It was difficult to work with the first side of my car (driver). But once I moved to the passenger side I felt like a pro. I am thankful I have a Cricut Machine with tools which had a particular tool that was very useful in dealing with the placement and curvature of what I was doing. (See photos) it helped push the Vinyl tape into the rubber seal? And cut it while doing so in 80% of the places. Being the tape doesn’t seem sticky when placing; which was good in working with to be honest, easy adjustments, BUT…I am skeptical it will last through multiple car washes and harsh winters, but if it does I will be redoing the driver side come spring, now that I have another tool to utilize in the success of it’s placement. I have photos up, and the wrinkles are on the driver side (1st try). The smooth side is passenger side. (2nd try). Great color match too! By the way. 🤞🏾🤞🏾hopeful that it lasts. I’m so far very happy with this project and it’s inexpensive.

easy to work with and looks great!
used two rolls of this vinyl for blacking out the trim on my BMW as well as door handle inserts and fender badges. easy to work with, molds around corners very well for the thickness. as others mentioned use your own knife to cut as the one included isn't the sharpest. also i did find getting it installed and initial trimming was easy, then for final trim, remove the protective layer and it goes mush easier. there's more risk of scraping and scratching the vinyl this way but makes trimming close to window/door seals much easier and thus less damage to the car.

Very expensive for what you got. Looks like it was just cut off a long roll as the ends were frayed. I wouldn’t buy again
