Great alternative for traditional anti anxiety meds
I use this for my anxiety so I can stay away from pharmaceutical meds that are addictive. It seems to work the same as what I was prescribed but with less side effects. I also like that this specific brand doesn’t make me drowsy so I can take it during the day without passing out lol
