Such as shame that customer service is so lacking. I had been using this mp3 daily for a solid month (30 mins swimming workout) and the sound quality was great - one of the best bone conduction players I have used in my many years as a swimmer. Unfortunately they started cutting out / stopping every 30 seconds or so. Tried emailing Tayogo customer services who have not responded at all. Like a said, a real shame, perhaps a very short term investment?

However, when in the pool loud enough.Don’t expect hifi quality sound. Very bassy, but I think that’s an issue with bone conduction in general.Radio not the best.Controls can be a bit fiddly, but once you’ve got it set how you like it it’s all fine.All in all I would recommend as a distraction from whatever activity it is your doing. I think it wins convenience on and practicality over sound quality.

Bought for use in a pool as I find swimming laps somewhat boring.Not a good purchase - fiddly controls that are a bit temperamental. Not that comfortable to wear. Not great sound.So...at the intersection of fiddly / uncomfortable / poor performance.

Great for swimming! Dont go without them! The underwater sound is amazing! The battery lasts for days! Best purchase in here and i have tried a lot of other headphones!
