Works as expected, but the batteries last very little time. Worked with alkaline batteries but life is only a few days. By the end of the week, the battery is gone. I recommend getting rechargeable batteries.

like them very much like the cent they added help's with the realism not sure about the life of the batteries just started to use them and it hasn't been long enough yet

These have proven to be exactly what we needed for use in our home and our old lodge where fire hazards are an issue. If you want the looks of candles and not the hassle., this is the product for you!

I have purchased three brands of flameless candles from Amazon this year and these are the first I am returning. The light in these is more orange than the ones from Divine (and WAY more than the Festival Delights which could have been a little warmer but were still nice.) But what really bothered me was the flickering. The other two brands had a soft flicker that looked reasonably realistic. I couldn't stand having these on for even a minute. I kept flinching. Obnoxious. I turned them on another day and tried in several different lighting situations, but the effect was the same.

I love them!! I have a bookcase that has a few shelves too high to reach with regular candles. Now all I have to do it use the remote!
