doTERRA Slim & Sassy Essential Oil Metabolic Blend Softgels 90 ct

Like many people, I struggle with my weight. I decided to try this product as so many people had positive results. The first three days didn't feel any different. After that, I started to notice a decreased appetite. I wasn't snack-y like I am so frequently. I also noticed that I wasn't finishing meals I would normally devour when we went out to restaurants. Within the first month, I lost 7.5 lbs. That may not seem like much to some people, but I was pretty stoked about it! (I got pregnant shortly after, so I do not have long term results right now, but will definitely try these again post-partum.) I did notice the citrus taste in my mouth when I belched, and I did experience some heart burn with it (but I'm prone to heart burn anyway). I really enjoyed the results of this and I'm eager to get back to it when I can.

I have been on this for a week and a half and only 3 pills a day. For the first time in months I can get my rings off! I am FINALLY loosing weight. I am on many prescription drugs with Essential tremors, Severe Fibromyalgia, Severe allergies with asthma all year around, Chronic Uticaria (Severe Hives that burn the skin like a 2nd degree sunburn) none of these things have any cure. But I am on about 8-10 pills in morning late afternoon and again in the evening. And the Slim & Sassy is the ONLY thing I can take as I cannot have caffeine or B-12 in anything over 100mg at any given time so a friend introduced me to this at a doTerra party. This is the 1st time in my life I have ever had to diet. Born with a very high Metabolism this was all foreign to me. But the pills I have to take now since 2010 have slowly but surely slowed my metabolism and I have gained the weight. I eat next to nothing, but nothing worked until the Slim and Sassy. I couldn't afford it from my friend, Thank God for Amazon!

I purchased this product at the recommendation of my doctor. I took one pill and was completely sick shortly after. I was vomiting so much after. I have never had this happen to me with anything like this. I reached out to the vendor for a possible refund but was denied because I opened the bottle. Totally understandable. But if I was alerted in previous reviews that this could happen I would never have spent $45 on this. Read ALL information BEFORE ordering this item.

I love this product. I am 5 ft 7 and I started weighing in at 153 and then a week later I was down to 149, but I haven't weighed myself since. I'm pretty sure it is from this product because throughout the morning I taste remnants of the grapefruit, lemon, peppermint, and whatever else is in there and it definitely makes me less hungry. I eat less, not because I'm trying to, but because I don't think about it as much... probably because I'm so focused on the essential oils that I keep tasting. I have also started it gives me more energy, my productivity levels have increased significantly since I started taking these... I will continue taking these in the morning, I take two with my coffee every morning. I would also recommend these to a friend... or even those who aren't my friends such as yourselves.

Initially I was feeling really good about this item. I love the idea of essential oils and a more holistic approach to my health care. Something a little strange....I noticed that my knees and ankles swelled up upon taking this medication - At first I thought it was just me and my current weight being effected by new and additional workouts, including a lot of walking. I was icing both my knees and ankles on a regular basis. I thought just by a fluke that it might be this product, as it was the only item that I had introduced into my daily intake. I quit taking these a week and a half ago and already notice a big difference.I am a little dissapointed, I was and am eager to introduce essential oils into my life - just not this particular one.

I liked that the product came so fast and it is true doTERRA product. I have been a huge fan of doTERRA for almost 3 years and not one of their products has let me down yet.Now, I have just started the slim and sassy supplement so I haven't seen any results. But in the past I have used slim and sassy gum and it works like a charm to cut cravings. So I'm hoping that the supplement form of the slim and sassy will help with sheading some weight! Ask questions later on and ask if it's helped me lose weight and I'd be more than happy to answer!

I have been using this product for around 5 months. I have lost around 18 pounds on it without much change to my diet, however I have gone down 4 pant sizes. It has increased my energy and helped me tone. With the increased energy, I am able to exercise more, which is difficult for me to a disability. There are some negatives however. It does cause pretty bad heartburn/ reflux. This does not get better with time. I have found that eating approximately a half hour after taking the pill helps. Also, it does seem that I have plateaued a bit. However, I should point out I only take two a day, morning and night. I recently started taking three & noticed a decrease in appetite again.

OMG I LOVE THESES PILLS. My Girlfriend tried them with amazing results. She was trying to lose weight for month, then I told her about these pills and within 2 weeks she was 1/2 the size! She was already dieting and exercising with not much to show for it. When she added the doTERRA!!! WOW!!!!! I also have amazing result with these pills. The trick is to drink a LOT of Water with them and not take them with food. Thank you!!! <3
