The bike came well packed and went together quickly. I am really pleased with my Rattan ebike so far and their great customer service. The bike has been holding up well the passed 2 months and I have been using it as my daily commuter to and from office. And also a great economical way to travel. But some details have to be improved, such as the instructions...Overall I love the bike, I would highly recommend it for a first time e-bike.
