I've been using this cool mister for my sinuses and it is very helpful. Sometimes the fan and/or air conditioner can dry out our nasal cavity giving us severe headaches. The cool mister helps to maintain humidity and keeps our sinuses and nasal cavity moist without the discomfort of steam/regular humidity.
