Does exactly what expected and less expensive than expected.

I cant believe how long I've waited to replace the dodgy old remote> This replacement is superb! works a treat and we now have full remote functionality again. More than happy.

My original remote seemed to be losing its punch. Button took may attempts to make the required function operate, even changing the battery made no difference. Time for a new one. Ordered the Allimity RC-762M (same number appears on the original at the bottom of the front face) and received it the next day at around 6.30pm. As I was actually using my Onkyo AV at the time it was a case of unpacking the box, removing the batteries from the old remote, putting them in the new one and away it went. It was as simple as that. On first sight the new remote looks like a perfect copy of the original. All the buttons are in the same order and are the same shape and the unit is the same size. On closer inspection you can see that there are some subtle differences. The remote does have a slightly different feel to it. The plastic casing of the original is of better quality plastic and is a little heavier. Also, the vertical elongated buttons are a millimetre or two longer and therefore all the buttons below are shifted by the same. The reason I mention this is that it means you will not be able to take out the circuit board out from the new remote and put it in the old case as it won't fit (probably). Pity. However, these differences are minor and will be soon forgotten as you get used to it. The reason why I have withheld one star is because two of the buttons that don't operate quite as they should. The buttons on the remote have a nice positive feel to them when pressed with the exception of a) The radio station toggle button. The " + station" toggle works fine but the "- station" toggle requires additional pressure at the bottom of the press to make it operate. b) The "play" button for use with an attached Ipod. The button is hypersensitive and operates the remote with the lightest of touches. If the button is pressed to its normal "operate " position the signal from the remote actually stops. These however are minor problems and I have decided to live with them. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. For less than £10 it has revived my Onkyo AV for a few more years hopefully.

Works well and a good replacement for my old controller which was no longer responsive to volume control.

Needed to replace my original Onkyo remote control (RC764M) and gave this a go without being sure it would work (as it has a slightly different button layout). Works perfectly with my Onkyo Receiver (TX-SR578). And for the price a bargain. Doesnt feel quite as refined as the original remote but does the job. No set up required.

Nice replacement for my broken Onkyo original. Spot on!

Works for the TX-SR507 home cinema system. I saw a revue in german I think and glad I took the chance. I can now use the system fully again.

Ho scritto erroneamente una recensione negativa con 2 stelle al venditore. In realtà la recensione era per altro prodotto e altro venditore. Quindi mi scuso con il venditore. Il prodotto è arrivato in perfette condizioni e perfettamente funzionante. Quindi prodotto Ok e Venditore preciso.

Bestes und günstiges Ersatzteil! kann mich nicht beschweren!alle Tasten funktionieren gut und lassen sich leicht drücken,bis auf die CH Taste welche etwas schwieriger geht ,sonst aber auch nicht weiter schlimm...!

Super, je pensais ne pas trouver cette télécommande pour un ampli de plus de 10 ans. Fonctionne parfaitement bien, copie conforme a l'originale au niveau des boutons. A ce prix, aucune hésitation elle fait le job.
