Perfect fit
This is mounted on my Glock 30s. The fit and finish is amazing. Comes with the correct screws with a dot of blue LocTite on them. I used just a little more. Super easy to install. So much better then having your slide cut.

the screws that holds the plate to the rear sight replacement are too short. need slight longer screws.Thank you

Doesn't Work with Bushnell RXS100 Reflex Red Dot Sight
This was offered with the Bushnell RXS100 Reflex Red Dot Sight for a Glock 19. The plate fits the Glock ok however it is not compatible with the Bushnell RXS100 Reflex Red Dot Sight. Its a couple mm from fitting properly. I had to fabricate a shim to make it work.
