I was pleasantly surprised at the weight of the utensils. They have a comfortable heft to them. The teaspoons are a little lite, but hey! they are for yea and coffee, not shoveling soup. Now to see if my girlfriend likes them.

The flatware is very nice and the box is nice, except the flatware divider inside the box is cheaply done

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous. Flatware sets an amazing table for special occasions and has a nice "in the hand" feel. The case is display worthy, though mine had a small dent in the upper lid, but I consider that character and look forward to adding a few more blemishes over the years with lots and lots of use

The flatware itself is of very good quality. The box is cheaply made and the plastic trays for for the flatware were cracked and, so, are not likely to last unless they are repaired with tape or glue.

I purchased these because of the price, however, when they arrived I was surprisingly impressed with the look and I am quite happy with the purchase.
