Had an evening delivery between 6-10, set up the new bulb for my musk turtles basking lamp and was on for approximately a couple of hours. I woke up the next morning and switch the basking lamp on which resulted to the bulb physically blowing up just inches away from my face, luckily there was no harm done especially with the lamp not being warm but I did have to get the turtles out the tank and cleaned out asap due to the glass of the bulb all in the tank.I have a younger sister that is 10 years of age that helps look after the turtles and I’m just glad it wasn’t her switching the lamp on otherwise the situation could have been a lot worse.I highly recommend no one buys this product!!!

Ordered three for my turtle tank. One to be used and two spares. Never expected all three to have blown in 2 1/2 weeks I would like a refund

I am fuming, literally just brought this and the bulb has blown already!Major safety issue for me, my son and terrapin

I've gave it 5 stars to get the review seen the bulbs blew up after not being on long please careful where ur animals r luckily my terrapin didn't get hurt

They all blew up in a matter of minutes, and the voltage is exactly the right one that I need to use, so definitely not buying again

Do not buy! The first bulb tipped the fuses, the second popped scattering glass all over the tortoise! Throwing the 3rd away, very dangerous

Unfortunately they broke into my pets habitatWasn't happy.

Really well packed and easy to use! Very good value for the money. Not sure if it’s uvb.
