Great style and great fit!
I'm 5'4" 130 pounds and it fit perfect! The length could ideally be about 2 " shorter, but I just loosen the laces and wear ankle boots with heels. If you are taller it will fit like the model photo, with more gap at the lace-up areas. I wear tights under the pants just because it helps add uniformity to the fashion look. I wear a wide elastic cinch belt to keep the pants looking tight at the waist. They are stretchy. If you are more petite than me, get a smaller size for painted-on effect.

Little loose in crotch area, but nothing I can't work with, good fabric, want them in all colors, good for wearing all year around.

Take time to lace them up carefully the first time. Remove laces to wash because they are real. Fabric is soft stretchy and believable.

These pants were made really nice, great fabric but I ordered a small and they were a little big, they didn't fit as tight as I'd hoped.
