New Toilet in renovation of half bathroom
The toilet was installed by contractor, who indicated it was very good unit. It has performed very well on liquid and solid waste. Single flush uses minimum amount of water. Fairly quiet and most efficient and attractive. Would recommend it to anyone else as a replacement.

Flawless Operation
In the grand scheme of life, your toilet's probably not going to be a major contributor to your happiness. However, there is a certain amount of satisfaction with buying and using a well-made product. After 7 months of flawless operation I can definitely consider this Toto toilet to be well-made. Previous toilet was top-rated by Consumer Reports but its performance degraded over time, stopping up at least monthly. Under the same conditions, the Toto has never stopped up. I bought the slow-closing seat to go with it and it works equally well. Be sure to go to the Toto website to get dimensions to ensure a correct fit. This model is a 10" rough-in, measured from the wall to the center of the drain pipe. Most applications will probably call for a 12" rough-in.

Great price great toilet
Doing a bathroom remodel...this was my first Toto, nothing fancy per say but solid...I think I'll get another. It was hard to find a toilet with a 10" rough-in at a decent price. All i have to say is fantastic, came packed very well...almost too well. Easy install. Tank doesn't wobble like on some American Standards. Very quiet but powerful flush. Perfect height and refills fast. Enough water in tank so that it minimizes stains (some of the eco toilets have these issues). Did i mention quiet? UPDATE: After about a year now and the toilet is withstanding three teenage boys quite well. We don't seem to have the "stain" issues that folks talk about with these low flow toilets. It's also very comfortable.

This toilet saved us tons of money!!!
Our old toilet was ripped out then the plumbers told us nothing would fit because the bolts were 8 1/2 inches from the wall, and we would have to pay to move the drain hole totaling $1,800. Thanks to all the reviews saying this toilet fit their 9 inch rough-in I ordered it and prayed for the best. It came in quickly and it's a very stylish toilet, it fit perfectly no extra costs needed. Also, we like the way it flushes. It's lean and tall, so happy with it! The delivery was professional and it was packaged well too!

Handles all the toilet paper.
We have five toilets in our house. We kept a plunger next to each toilet, because periodically each would get plugged up because of the amount of toilet paper. Two years ago, the flushing mechanism became problematic in one toilet and we had another with exactly the same mechanism so we decided to change those two out with this model Toto. After we had replaced two, we never had any problem with the exchanged ones becoming plugged. Because the Toto was not problematic, and the other three toilets continued to plug up, we decided to swap them all out. We had the plumber change the next three. Now, after having all five toilets (four years for the first two, and two years for the next three) for an extended period, we have never had a single plugged toilet. We have also not had any problem with the flush mechanism although we have had two of this model for over four years. I can't comment on how difficult or easy it was to replace the older toilets because the plumber did that, but I can tell anyone that this model never gets plugged. I have removed the plungers from the bathrooms, leaving only one in the basement. One other point. The height is called "Universal" in the description. it is perhaps two inches higher than the ones we replaced, but the height is much more comfortable. We are fully satisfied with the toilets we replaced with the Toto Drake.

Awesome toilet, plus it's the shortest rough-in out there.
Great toilet, plus it may be the shortest rough-in made anywhere. Note that on the Toto spec sheet for this they show the bowl being the closest part to the wall. This is not correct, it is actually the base. We made this work with roughly 8.75" of space from the flange bolts to the baseboard. As for the toilet it's nice and stylish. Quiet flush and it fills the tank very quickly. Though it isn't technically a dual flush it behaves like one. If you hold the handle down it will push a ton of water through. For those times when you need it...

No wax ring or bolts
You’d think for this price they would give you all of the pieces needed to install it. But they don’t, you’ll need your own wax ring, bolts, etc. Far cheaper toilets than this come with everything needed for installation, Toto is gatbage.

It fits a 9" rough in!!!
We were replacing the 3 toilets in our home recently. We bought them from Lowe's with delivery and installation. 2 of the toilets went in quickly and smoothly on a 12" standard rough in, but the 3rd one had a 9" rough in (old house!!) We didn't know what we were going to do until we found this Toto 10" rough in that people had commented fit on unusual rough ins. IT FIT!!! It was very easy to install and is a very comfortable height. It is a little pricey but worth every penny!!

Not too much to say except that the product works flawlessly. After years of being tortured by a Kohler toilet which constantly required double flushing, I am thrilled with this toilet that does not require double flushing!
