I am a 5' tall, and normally take anything either small or extra small as far as clothing. When I open the product, I noticed the tag "XL". I wish there are size options available if they make different sizes.Although the product does seems small for XL, but since I am pregnant with twin, I can't really fit & compare at this point. I just hope this works for me after I deliver!The product did arrive way sooner than expected, though.

It didn't come with any instructions about how to wear it, so I had to look at the pictures in the listing to figure it out. Also, movement is very limited while you're wearing it. I had to use it at night while I slept, because all you can do while wearing it is stand up or lay down or it doesn't stay in the correct position. The fabric also had a tendency to roll down on the sides, where it rested against my postpartum hips.

While it is good quality the sizing is wrong. I realized it ran small and per the sizing chart the size I purchased should have fit but it was still extremely small.

I didn't actually stick with this in my postpartum recovery, but I did find it comfortable when I wore it. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the price-- there is no point in spending 10 times the price on the brand name. This will suffice.

I bought this for my daughter after her first pregnancy due to difficulty with her his. It gave her much support and stability and she said it felt really good and secure.

To be fair, I didn't use this product. I didn't use it because I couldn't get it around my hips. Bummer.

Complete waste of money!
