My son has been on medication since kindergarten for his ADHD. We have tried many different medications and combos. Yet every medication brought on tics, which could lead to a permanent side affect. I am 28 years old and have struggled with ADHD (diagnosed at 12) most of my life. After trying prescriptions and other alternatives, I have to say this is the best natural supplement I've used for focus. It is not a "magic pill"—the effects are somewhat subtle but very helpful. I generally take the 3 pills in the morning with a cup of coffee or two. Have been buying a bottle each month for the last 4 months.

This really helped relax me and helped me dose off. A bit expensive so i will try another brand.
