Is it heavy? What is the weight without the lid?

Standing on my bathroom scale, it added about 4 to 4 1/2 lbs. I bought this wok because we were tired of the tradition woks that all rust. Any quality stainless steel cookware has multiple layers which add to the overall weight of the pan. Also, we have a flat cooking surface (8 1/2 in burner) that this pan covered perfectly, so we have no loss of energy transfer. It was not important to us that we do the traditional lift and tossing of food in the air during the cooking process. We just wanted quality cookware and have not been disappointed in the 8 months or so that we have had it.

Does the bottom warp after use? (like complaints about calphalon triply stainless steel 12-inch pan)

Mine has not, but I don't use it very often. It is very sturdy, very heavy, and being the best & highest grade stainless - - 18/10, I don't think it will warp.

DiAmeter of the pan ? It is 13" diameter ?

The outer most area (top of the pan) is 13" in diameter. The cooking area on the bottom of the pan is 7 1/2". I like this pan. Have used it on my conduction stove. Works great!
