I didn't think I'd like this as much as I do but the smell and taste are so good! Smokey taste and smell and works with so many meats and cooking styles.

Great product! Tasty salt smoked heavily, and the grind is a bit larger than normal table salt, but not large enough to be considered "coarse". Good buy!

The salt adds a lovely smoky flavor to the food. The tin is handy. However, I wish the flavor of the smoke was written on the label. It said Alderwood in the description on Amazon, but there’s nothing on the label.

So freakin' addictive as a finishing salt on bloody everything , thought it pricey and then lasted a lot longer than expected

Don't think of this as salt...but crystalized smoke! It's a finishing spice...a little goes a long way. It's fantastic on eggs, avocado, tomatoes. It gives a hint of "bacon" with it's smoky scent and taste. I haven't tried it on steak or burgers yet...but I will soon. It's a bit pricey, but I'm enjoying it and will probably buy it as a gift before long.

It's okay Very strong-overpowering smoke flavor. I rarely use it. Bought it to follow AIP to avoid nightshade spices like cayenne, paprika, etc. It's got an ashey tone as well. The San Francisco Salt Company is way better Arrived clumped

Excellent product. Subtle smoked flavor while salting your food. Non clumping, also.
