I kept mine in refrigerator in a ziplock freezer bag for a week or so…them moved to the freezer. Still going strong!

Hello! These range from approximately 2.5" to 3.5", with most being about 3".

2.7 ounces. When grounded produces at least 30 teaspoons. 1 teaspoon makes a 10 to 16 ounces cup of brewed tea .
