The taste is pretty good (not great), and it seems to give you a boost of sorts. However, there are way too many cons for me to keep purchasing. The worst thing being the size. I like resealable bottles, but not only are these so small that it's not even worth resealing (a couple of gulps and they're gone).......but because of the bottle size, the manufacturer tries to fill to the absolute brim of the bottle. Good in one sense, I suppose.....but when you open it the drink invariably spills all over your hand, regardless of care while opening. This is not just a matter of holding it steady.....rather it is squeezing the base in one hand hard enough to create counter force while unscrewing the lid FORCES the liquid out! ONE TIME I got lucky somehow.....perhaps that was because it wasn't as full. This is a deal breaker for me. If they had it in a larger bottle and not so full, I might reconsider......that's why I at least gave it a three.

We have three kids who play 2 sports per season. They need to refuel quickly, especially during the summer when it’s really hot and they are playing lacrosse under pads and a helmet. One of our sons has suffered with debilitating cramping as well and won’t drink plain coconut water, which is where he can get the potassium he needs to fend off the cramps. Since we discovered K+ he hasn’t had one issue with cramping. Gatorade and Powerade just don’t have the nutrients or hydration to help. So thankful that we found this low sugar alternative.

So yeah, I got a colonoscopy and needed some clear liquids that were semi-healthy and different from water. These were great! fairly priced and my pipes were silky smooth and squeaky clean.... You're welcome!Oh.. I'm sure these drinks are also fantastic for regular use. Like during sports or something....

I saw K plus at school and was excited to give my kid something without all the sugar of regular sports drinks. My son plays tennis, basketball, soccer, among others and that could add up to lots of unwanted sugar and chemicals. We like the K+ is based off coconut water. Very refreshing. And it tastes pretty good too - my college-age girls like the taste without all the calories!

Ick, this tastes soo bad to me. Like cough syrup or something. It’s so sweet but I can’t even handle it watered down. Not a fan and kids didn’t like it either.

You really taste the coconut water in these, which is great. A great healthier replacement instead of drinking juice throughout the day. Not just for kids, but good for adults too!

My kids are loving the 10 oz bottles. No guilt for me packing them in their lunches and they love them! It’s so easy for my to keep a few in my mom bag for thirsty kids too. K+ has been a life saver to keep my 4 kids hydrated through bouts of the stomach flu and sore throats. A must for all families!!

Very coconut water heavy on the taste. Not my cup of tea, but I will mix them with other drinks. Very good for anyone who is into the coconut flavor. Very refreshing.
