Not the best buy. They do interlock well
Not the best buy. They do interlock well. My problem is that its not very thick. The whole reason I bought this was so my 6 month baby could practice crawling without hurting herself if she happens to topple-over; These are too thin to do the trick and I wouldn't recommend them for that. She was sitting upright when she suddenly got tired and fell backwards. I wasn't able to catch her in time even though i was right in front of her, and her head hit the mat making a loud noise and she cried. This might be great for other uses like for play for a bigger kid but not for what my intent was.

They are as they are described. 12inch x 12 inch tiles that are a 1/4 thick. I love people who complain cause they invisioned them bigger or thicker. Basically those people ordered them from looking at the picture and never bothered to read the product description or dimensions. Then they write a bad review cause they ordered the wrong ones. My only complaint would be that they don’t come with border pieces to give it a finished look

I put it together and put it in front of the bed to prevent the baby from falling down and breaking down in the bed. There are 9 pieces of it in the bag, and the area is not too small. The family also needs such cushion to let the baby play on it.

Do NOT use outdoors for a playmat. My grandkids had this under their outdoor play set and after a summer of playing with water and in the sun they now look like blue smerfs anytime they play on them.

This puzzle foam mat is very thick and safe. My son is very active without these mat he always get bruises. Since I got these mat he is very safe. And these mat is not small pieces to worry about. And the color is his favorite. We like it very much.
