However its not a book of much use to a collector of Art Nouveau Majolica tiles. All the images within the book,are lifeless flat printed cheerless images of the tile. The characteristic Art Nouuveau style can be seen.But they do needed to be brought to life as the designer intended, using a well crafted relief moulded die press, then the true merits of design can be fully appreciated through the translucent colour glazes. The book should appeal to student's of design.
