What a pleasure to purchase and assemble, order was confirmed and details of order were noted by Donna who was very attentive, details confirmed via email, then the shed arrived on the day in the afternoon as confirmed the day before by phone and the delivery driver Ben was fantastic, could not have got the shed in without him and nothing was too much to ask, my wife and I assembled the shed minus roofing felt within an hour, very easy, enough build fittings to build the shed twice over were supplied, door and window pre-fitted, thanks so much, going to be an engineering workshop for my Daughter, she is well pleased with it as am I.

This was already falling apart upon arrival, damaged during transit, though not through any fault of the delivery driver, but rather due to its unbelievably frail, cheap, and beyond horribly nasty construction.Every expense in respect to materials used and quality of construction has been spared and I’m convinced that I could build a better shed myself using Papier-mâché.To call this expensive firewood is actually high praise indeed as when it arrived it was little more than kindling. I didn’t even finish unloading it before deciding to return it.My heartfelt advice is to avoid this shed – or anything else made by this manufacturer.

As i assembled the shed it became apparent that the 2 side panels were different sizes ,one side 38mm taller.Also a pain of glass was broken.A lot of the timber is of poor quality as i watched it shrink and crack in the sun.I have emailed and phoned the supply company but have had no relplys for 2 weeks.There are plenty of unhappy people who have similar stories about Total Sheds PLEASE DO NOT BUY there products.the sheds are also smaller than stated.The only good thing was that the 2 delivery were really helpfull
