Doesn't look great on me, but it's not a magic wand. The dress itself is very cute and well made.

This dress does not accommodate my hips, I am small at the top and heavier at the bottom since the dress was a mxi dress i thought there would be plenty of room but its tight at the bottom. this dress can only be used as a bathing suit coverup because is will not button in the hip area. the material is not flexible but it is light and flowy, the color is nice. I am a size medium 10-12

Living in Florida is equal to Dante's inferno and it's like living in the 7th ring of H E double hockey sticks and the 95+ degree days suck serious biscuits!!!The standard uniform of shorts, t-shirts, ponytails and flip-flops while comfortable get OLD real quick considering 10&a half months out of the year that's all I wear!Well watching Morgan Donner Bernadette Banner and my ALLL time most favoritist YouTuber of actual LIFE 🎀 one Ms RACHEL MAKSY 🎉🎈🎊 were discussing clothing and how people dressed in the clothes they did(ain't gonna lie every time I see someone in period costume all I can think of, is how close to death they were but then they pointed out that our ancestors wore natural fibres,cotton and linen being the most common SoOoOoO I got to thinking about what I always wore and decided to try summer dresses preferring natural or a cotton blend and OMGIIDDYOD the difference is HUGE!Because the dress is flowy it's constantly pulling heat AWAY from my body vs a t-shirt and shorts that just sits there!Think about how the fabric moves as you're walking around... The skirt with a slit in the front sways as you walk whether or not a breeze is blowing! It's movement naturally wicks the heat and humidity away from the points where our normal clothes hold it in!I'm always pulling my t-shirts away from my chest and back trying to fan away the building heat but now I am wearing the long flowy dresses and I can't BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE! I WILL BE BUYING MORE AND WILL BE WEARING THE THINNER FABRIC VS T-SHIRT MATERIAL!!!Ladies trust me🤗 especially if you live in the south 🙃 where it's ALWAYS HOT and HUMID buy two dresses in this style and I promise you within 5 minutes of walking outside you will be ridiculously happy to the point you'll feel giddy because you'll finally understand what I was talking about and you will start bidgeti to buy yourself at least 5 more! This dress is beautiful BuUuUuUuT the quality isn't very high but seriously what did you expect for $22 bucks? I bought this dress as a trial run to see if wearing a dress was all it's cracked up to be and it is lol and I will be gleefully buying MORE in this style, slit in the front and cotton blend! NO T-SHIRT MATERIAL just a comfortable beautiful dress 💗Oh and I'm 50 yrs old, 5'6" 135lbs 36 DD and this dress is very comfortable and the waist is a built in tie waist,NO ELASTIC ANYWHERE!!!!I bought the pink in a size large and it's perfect for me and I ADORE IT 💜💗💜

Overall, I really like this dress, it's very cute. The fabric is soft and flowy however a little on the thin side but not necessarily "see-through". I am 5'7" and it goes all the way to the floor so it is definitely long enough (almost too long that I might hem but I did order 2 sizes up which is most likely why the dress is so long).I have to agree with other reviews that the slit is very high but that can easily be fixed with some simple sewing to close the slit. I was able to pull the dress over my head without unbuttoning it so I'm not worried about closing up the bottom of the dress a little bit.After reading the review of others, I will have to agree that this dress runs small. Mine fits me great but that is because I ordered the 2XL when according to the size guide should have ordered a medium/large. I ordered up in size not only because of what others had said but I am also larger in the chest so I wanted to make sure that the dress not only fit but was a little loose so that it could drape nicely like it shows in the pictures. Therefore, the dress I ended up with fits great and is super cute. I give 4 stars because clearly their measurements are not very accurate, I don't think that your should have to buy 2 to 3 sizes larger than you normally would in order for a garment to fit nice. If someone were to look at the measurements and think they needed an XL or 2XL this would not fit them and that really isn't fair. I just got lucky that I was able to size up. Also there was a small hole in the side where one of the seams popped but it is an easy fix however if I didn't know how to sew this would have probably upset me more.TL:DRIf you are able to size up 1-2 sizes and are comfortable making minor adjustments/fixes with a needle and thread this is a very cute and comfortable summer dress that I think is worth the $20

I am 5'5" and 165 lbs. My weight has fluctuated up during the pandemic. I am usually a medium but now I am closer to a large. I read the reviews and they all said to order an XL and I did. I am so glad I did. I wanted the flowy look like it is pictured. I can tell that a large might be too snug on my hips. I am bottom heavy, big hips, butt and stomach. The bottom half of the dress fits perfectly. I might sew the skirt an inch past the last button. The slit is not too short but for comfort I think it is a good idea. Once I cinched the waist the length was perfect, just touching the tops of my feet. The sleeves are too large, but they have the loop and button so you can roll them up. I have plenty of room in the chest, I am 36B. I recommend getting a cute waist belt to complete the look, it looked a little frumpy with out one. I gave this a 4 and not a 5 because it is not high quality. If this were a higher quality fabric and the sizing was better I would be in love with this dress. But if you can figure out the sizing this is worth the cheap price. Looking forward to wearing this one.

Really beautiful dress just too small

the fabric is nice, its comfortable, (as others have mentioned slit is too high, but that is easily remedied).my favourite thing about this dress, is that it is a "long body fit in the torso" . very flattering and hard to find. I am 5' 6'' 120 pounds and rarely wear dresses because the body fit is always too short. this one isnt. its very nice.

I was super surprised at the quality of the dress. I mean for $30 you never know what you'll be getting, I wanted it to be a great as the picture and IT IS! The print looks the same as the picture, the fit is slimming. I ordered the L as I didn't want it to be too tight as usually I would order the M but it wasn’t necessary. There is an inside tie to tighten around the waist in case you don't have a belt to wear (like the picture) The length is nice and long (I'm 5'7). The buttons stop a little high (high slit) for me so I’m going to stitch it so the slit is a bit longer. I can’t wait to wear it out!
