Both. It includes a modified version of Buddy USB 7G to fit the needs of Gooseneck Mic. You can detach Buddy USB 7G to use it with 3.5 mm. You can attach USB 7G to use it as a USB device.

i have used this microphone with Xp and 7. Not yet used with 10
