This is a worthless product. It looks good on description and the explanation of how it works makes sense. However, you insert this thing into your ear, spin as instructed and it does absolutely nothing. You’re better off using audio ear buds to clean your ears as this will remove way more wax than this product. Even though my ears needed cleaning when I used this, the rubber insert flame out squeaky clean. I went back to a q-tip and was able to remove a good amount of wax.

The rubber material doesn't get anything out, it was a waste of money

The product does not works as effective as it mentioned in the product description! First time, doesn't work, give it a try after couple days later. Still not working! What I meant by that is that after I tried so hard to swirl around and nothing came out from my ear and only made my ear hole hurts so bad because of the attempt!! I have been an amazon member for years and been continuously purchasing items here and there but this is the worse product ever bought from Amazon flatform!!!
