I ordered this item to make the rim of glasses for a halloween drink theme party so it worked as intended and flavor was pretty good. Not astringent and pretty fresh. I would say to keep it in the freezer just in case of mold as you open it ( a little hack i learned to keep the freshness of some condiments) im looking for other recipes to make other dishes with it as the amount is as shown in the description.

The quality is good and also taste good. I was looking for a black sesame powder without sugar, it meets my expectation. However, based on the amount, I think it is a little over priced. Overall good black sesame powder I can add to milk or congee as supplements.

Really impressed with this black sesame powder. It’s fresh, finely ground, and has a rich, nutty aroma. Perfect for adding to smoothies, baking, or traditional desserts. Great quality and great taste—will definitely be buying again.

This is the first time that I purchased this black sesame powder. I still have some old one left. So, I put one spoonful of each in two clear glass cups mixed with water. Yes, I do see the difference. The old one has a lot of whole seeds floating in the water. Obviously, the company's grinding machines are not so good. And also, the powder itself (the old one which I don't want to tell you the brand) is not pure black powder. I always wondered what are those almond color things; did the company mixed black sesame seeds with oatmeal or with white sesame seeds? I am glad that I didn't foolishly trust the products based on review numbers or the price, or the word of ORGANIC. I think it is better to trust the number of the people purchased the item. I am now wiser.

This product is surprisingly high quality for the price. Black sesame seeds are nicely toasted so they smells amazing but not burnt even the slightest, and grinded into powder for convenience! Have to buy again because I myself can never do as good of a job as that.

I was nervous to purchase this black sesame powder due to some mixed reviews. Fortunately, the product arrived wrapped very well and fresh. Expiration is 2 years out. I tried using the powder for baking a cookie recipe, and turned out great. Definitely would recommend this.
