Arrived in perfect shape
It came in perfect shape. I installed the fan, and it works perfectly. I was disappointed about the shipping time, but they were up front on how long it would take, and it came well within the expected time. So, really, I was only disappointed because I wanted it sooner. Not because they were late. They were on time, and as expected.

Sorry, this product does not hold out well. Bought in April, died in September.

Great fan
This fan replacement is a lot better then my old fan, much quieter too. Keeps my laptop much cooler then it did before.

Fan rubs the case and makes loud noises.
The fan worked for 1 week, then it stated to make noise when it starts up and stops. It took a while to install, so it is outside the return period. Not good quality.
