Is it common for them to come un tuned and in need of neck adjustment? I dont know, I never got a new instrument before but I would think it would come with out fret buz. Am I wrong? It would have gotten 5 stars had it been tuned and I didn't have to toy with it. Review: This guitar plays great - There is nothing to dislike about this guitar. I love it
