Perfect for a festival
Made the decision to purchase this solar power bank after reading the reviews of this product compared to others... turned out to be the correct one. Took it to this years Glastonbury with us and it done the job perfectly. As others have said, it's extremely well made, and charged everything we plugged into it (various phones/bluetooth speaker) quickly. Not sure how effective the solar element is, as we didn't have it out in the sun long enough to test this feature. The instructions are very brief, and it only came with the one charging cable, but all in all, it's a sleek, very well made, good value for money power bank.

Long life powerbank!
Ok so the product arrived with minor damage to the solar panels, a stone or something has scratched the face. Pealiker replaced the product without any issue. I have since set about seeing how good this product really is.So from fully charged with mains charger I have left the LED light (which is more than adequate for emergency use) on for a total of 56-58hours. Quite impressed the battery lasted this long. The four small lights indicating the charge of the battery are fairly but not entirely accurate (not equal 25%), 1st and 2nd light have longer duration.I have also tested the 2.1A usb port to charge my phone, 2800mah @ 1hour 40minutes - close enough. I haven't yet tested how many phone charges I get to one full charge of the power bank. However that said I have charged it 4 times with plenty of indicated life left. Here in the UK the sun isn't the best but I have left the power bank outside from flat for about 6/7hours and it now indicates it has 1 bar of battery life.Overall i'm happy, lots of testing left to do, the product is bigger and significantly heavier than the single solar panel power banks on the market but it charges itself far quicker and also charges devices from the usb output much quicker.

Good solar charger - poor charging indicator lights
Good, solid solar charger. Very useful when on the move without access to electricity network. Poor charge level indicator lights.

Excellent power bank, fantastic for travelling and festivals.
I bought this product as I'll be heading to a 5 day festival in the upcoming few weeks, I have a few devices which require a hefty amount of charging. With that in mind, I've been testing this unit for a week to make sure it's up to the job - I'm happy to report that it seems to be working brilliantly. It feels weighty, in a positive 'good quality' kind of way and the panels seem rigorous and able to take a beating. It's able to charge my phone and a second device very quickly and the fold out solar panels are quick and effective. I've not been able to run a time test from 0% charge to 100% via the solar panels, although I've run one from around 60% and after coming back from work it looks like it was up to 100%.Given my current findings, I'd whole heartily recommend this unit - especially for the cost.Happy to answer any questions people may have.

Robust, seems quite slow to charge via solar.
I would also have a little doubt as to the 25000 mAh capacity when full via mains, but I would have to test it more thoroughly. My impressions after owning it for a few weeks is that it isn’t quite as high capacity as suggested. Very sturdy build. As you’d expect, it starts solar charging the second it detects sunlight, but the panels used here clearly work best in direct and sustained full sun, not just in daylight like some very efficient solar cells.

For camping or even just day to day life it’s a very handy piece of kit.
I bought this ahead of a bike packing trip where I would be without charging capability for 2 days. The power bank is a great looking piece of kit, it looks easily double what I paid for it. And the leatherette on the back of the panels not only helps with protecting the product but also makes it look good too.I was worried about how the panels would stand up to abuse, would they get greasy finger marks on them? Or would I have to keep wiping the panels of any little dust or dirt to keep them charging? But they have a matt coating on them that stops any transfer from handling, and as soon as you open the panels up the blue light starts to flash indicating your harvesting sunlight. Super easy.In terms of charge when I received the item it had 4/5 lights on the indicator. I opened it up and left it in the window on a sunny evening, with my phone plugged in. Charged my phone 50% and was still at 4/5. I then fully charged and iPad mini and connected it to a dock with phone and watch. All items where fully charged from less than 20% battery, and the indicator showed 1/5 lights.I reckon on a full battery, you would get 1 iPad 3 phones and a iWatch. If you can get some solar time to recharge the battery, then even more. Baring in mind that its 36h of strong sunlight to fully charge the bank. Which is the equivalent of 4 days of full sun.So I think for the price, it’s a bargain. For camping or even just day to day life it’s a very handy piece of kit.

it’s a power bank, with NO solar capacity
there are a lot of good reviews but for me it simply doesn’t work... i don’t even travel with it. it sits in my window all day every day to be used most nights to power a growth lamp for my plants.it powers the light fine (although the light is just LEDs and on full charge it only manages two and a half nights which i find a little weak considering how low energy LEDs are) but my big problem is that sun exposure doesn’t charge it, at all. it can sit in the window through two whole totally sunny days, for half of which it is getting strong direct sunlight... and the lights indicating its charge level never go up...it’s an effective basic power bank, with zero solar capacity making it overpriced and oversized for what it is.i will continue to charge it from the wall when it runs out but it’s a shame considering that i bought it to harvest solar energy...

Tough unit with lots of juice
Took this on a trip, it charged my phone and one or two other things all weekend and was still more than half full when I got home. The solar panels seem to give it a decent charge (I have had it charging even when cloudy) and fold up neatly when not in use. The whole thing is pretty robust and well suited to outdoors/camping activities.
