I gave it 2 stars because I love the design but am very disappointed that I have to cut it to size myself. In the instruction booklet it said to use the tool but I didn't get any tool with mine. For the money I paid it should already fit me without me having to take everything apart to make it fit. Very disappointed.

I really like the band, but was not aware that you have to cut to your size. It was a bit challenging at first, but then I got it done. The finished product is very nice. Also, the rose gold is more of a tan color. Not the color that I expected, but still a nice color.

Product was exactly as pictured. I ordered it for my wife to have a variety of bands for her Fitbit so she could dress it up when she wanted. She loves it. The product was shipped and received super fast!

love this. the only down fall is that I thought it was hard to size by yourself and i got it alittle tight but it still works great.

I love it. It looks great. Only wear it when I get dressed up. You can cut it down to fit.

Nice and well made

My husband bought this for me for Christmas to go with my new Fitbit Charge 3. I loved the fun design (once we finally figured out how to shorten the band). But unfortunately the clasp is poorly designed and falls off constantly without me realizing it right away. The last time it fell, one of the embellishments broke off as well.

The fit of this is very large, it is way too big for me to wear and it is very hard to adjust. Additionally the clasp is so difficult to un-do, I would end up breaking a nail.
