For some unknown reason, the bluetooth only works with iOS and Android. I even went to the manufactures page and no support for PC. Per the directions to enter "PC Mode" you have to plug in. The entire reason I purchased this game keypad was I wanted to go wireless...Only two stars for the manufacturer NOT MAKING THIS CLEAR in the add; otherwise it seams like a well built unit.

I'm sure this device works great for phones. But do not buy this for PC. Yes, it works with PC. But the necessary software to create macros are all in Chinese. At the moment of purchase, there was no version in English. Rendering it mainly useless.

To be honest I really like it! It does not work for pc by Bluetooth but anyways the reaction is faster by cable... works great for the phone... and for the ps4 or xbox sadly you have to connect it 😓. But it works great, very solid and durable product.

I don't know about other tablets or phones but it works great for S10e and the S6 tablet if you are using the phone or tablet screen only. If you try to use it with an external monitor or TV, the controls get turned 90 degrees. I did not find any way to fix that. If someone knows how, please let me know. Other then that, it works great.

Not explicit that the Bluetooth capability is only with your phone/tablet. Must be connected via usb if using with PC. Returned it.
