I have a very very physical job, sometimes pushing my body into extreme overdrive. Now, I've been using Extra or Ultra strength Tiger Balm for a long time now, and the stuff does get the job done (muscle joints and ligaments, tightness aches and pain), but as I'm getting older my skin has grown much more sensitive, and recently I've experienced very bad skin reactions to the Extra Strength Tiger Balm, in the form of real chemical burns; nothing that good ole African Shea Butter was not able to remedy within a week. Now this skin reaction was personal, and note, the manufacturer does warn that this may occur, which I truly respect and appreciate. This is dependent on one's personal skin sensitivity level. Since then, I have started using this Organic Himalayan rub. Now let me wrap this up. This stuff has proved to be an excellent replacement. Hey, this stuff is Organic and it's the BALM! :-)

This is really great body balm! I am a big ol' baby some nights, and I love the warm, soothing feeling of this body balm. It is not like so many that get cold and then hot...this one is a nice, pleasant warmth that is simply amazing! This also smells really good, and with the ingredients can also be used as a soothing balm for a cold, etc. My 6 yr old loves it and always tells me I smell good - it gives me a good giggle when she says that!

I brought it for my sister and her knee pain and she said that it work wonders for her. I really like the smell and how soothing it is. I used it whenever I massage my sister's knee and she claims that she can walk up and down the stairs without the pain getting in the way.

Himalaya have never disappointed. Used this warming balm for extremely painful mommy’s thumb, and it did the magic in a week’s time. Everyone in my family household keeps this in stock. This is a great product.

I have been having severe pregnancy related back/rib pain lately. I remembered this product I bought a few months back that helped me with some unrelated shoulder problems and decided to have my husband try it out on my back. It has been great for me, probably not so great for him since it is now part of our nightly routine to massage some all over my back. I have been able to sleep well, where I am not getting super uncomfortable and on top of it, the smell is amazing (that is if you like a very natural smell). It helps me relax and breathe better on top of the great pain relief. I have recommended it to a few other friends who have also enjoyed it. Yay for organic products that really help!

The product itself was very nice. The smell works great if your nose is stopped up. It takes any pain away and is great for tired feet. I gave 3 stars because the lid was deformed. It must have happened during shipping. I had no safety seals, but it had not been tampered with. I hope the next time I order- the lid will be normal. 5 stars for the product.

I recently had knee replacement surgery, and this is excellent to massage in for the stiffness and aching. A little goes a long way. Excellent price! Fast shipping!

Excellent product at a very good price. I have always been quite sceptical about natural/alternative products but I think this this works just as well, if not better, than some other creams and I won’t go back to those. I use quite a bit for it to be effective but it is very effective! You can feel it working almost instantly with a warming sensation. Strong smelling and a little greasy but I love it and would recommend.
