A Big and Tall gaming chair, made a bit wider in the back and the seat!
The media could not be loaded. Killahbee Big and Tall 440lb chair is amazing. After using it for a while, and getting the seat to adjust to my weight and the cushion settling in, the chair has been pretty amazing. It was a step up from the other chair I won by them when it came to the arm rest. There is nothing I have seen that make's me not want to recommend this chair, and had no flaws with it. I was able to put the chair together by myself, which was a little bit difficult but not terrible. I made a short video demonstrating the arm rest and how to recline as well.

This chair is rated for 400.
Description is a lie. I get annoyed with blatant lying and that is what they did here. The chair is nice. What sets it apart? The weight rating. 440 makes it stand out as a sturdy chair. The thing is it is only rated for 400 just like the rest.Shipping took over a week. Package arrived damaged. The main plate that the chair sits on had punched through the box and one of the plastic knobs was chewed up from it. Assembly was straight forward. It is comfortable. Reclines back nicely. Doesn’t roll on the floor great (I will be ordering new wheels).Bottom line. It’s an ok chair that would have been better if it wasn’t sold using false advertising.

Excellent computer/gaming chair.
I am 6'3'' tall and about 210 lbs and this chair is perfect for me. It can be adjusted in several different ways to achieve the individual level of comfort I was looking for (height, tilt, armrests.. etc) I can sit in this chair for several hours straight while gaming and or doing work and be very comfortable. It was very reasonable to put together and the only tool necessary was included in the packaging. The only very minor complaint I have (which is not worth deducting a star) is the hinge on the left side where the backrest meets the seat is a bit squeaky. The plastic fittings which cover the metal brackets seems to fit together in such a way that you get a plastic-on-plastic squeaky sound when adjusting your position in the chair. If it begins to bother me enough, I will take the coverings off again and try some lubricant or maybe shaving down some of the plastic to eliminate the little squeaks. Overall, really great chair though.

This chair is loud and hard
I've had this 4 months now. Chair is no longer 'quiet' and squeaks, makes noises every time you recline.Support appears to be good, all pads are still rock hard (that's a negative by the way); would have liked something a little softer. Maybe it'll loosen up in a year? The back support (also rock hard) feels great to me. It's the seat cushion that I'd like a little "give" on.This chair is used in a home-office, I work from home once a week so have put some hours in this chair. Not sure I would purchase again. Will look at other options instead. The squeaky noise is definitely on my nerves, especially considering it's only 4 months old and has a premium pricing to it.Am 6'1 and in the upper 200s which is well under the max weight (440) for this product.

Chair is very comfortable and the extra cushion has come in very handy
This was my first gaming chair and i was looking for one that would be comfortable and could support my weight. This chair is very comfortable and supports me easily even when laying all the way back it doesn't tip over. Overall i have no complaints with this chair at all and i love all the positions you can move the arm rests into. My last chair was just an office chair so this is a huge upgrade. Will look at this brand in the future if i ever need another gaming chair.

After 1.5 years, Chair Broke
So, I'm a bit miffed that my chair broke underneath. The aluminum base snapped. I am easily below the weight limit - more than half of what's required. I bought the chair because I wanted something sturdy to last awhile. I contacted support and I'll see if they will sell me a replacement part - especially since I'm out of warranty, which is only 1 year. Sigh. I'll update my review once Support contacts me back, if they do.

Have had to replace parts twice....
Let me start off, I am a 6'4" 320lb guy, and I am nowhere near the rated max weight for this chair. Chair was great for about 5 months, then the locking mechanism broke, so the chair would just rock. I was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and they sent me a new base. 6 months later the base under the chair/locking mechanism is wobbly, and the hinges holding the back up are failing and the chair will no longer lock straight up. I contacted support about these issues and they have stopped responding to me (I am still under warranty). I am very disappointed.

Very Comfortable Chair
I sit in front of my computer alot so a good chair is a must. I was using an old Office Max chair I purchased 8 years ago and it was hurting my back. This chair is expensive but it's worth it. It's very easy to put together and I can sit in it for hours at a time without my back hurting
