I only have it three weeks but so far my watches are keeping the current time. Will update if things change.

Very useful

I received this watch winder about a year ago. It appears to be well made, and the cabinet finish is beautiful. Recently, one of the motors stopped functioning, and only the right side winder was working. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service, and was quickly sent a new motor, with a link to a video showing how to install it. Installation was no problem, and it now works perfectly. I'm quite sure that the item was way out of the warranty period, but they immediately took care of it. I couldn't ask for better customer service; they made sure I was happy, and followed up with me via e-mail to ensure my satisfaction.

The media could not be loaded. This winder just Broke on the left side!I keep it in The Safe and No one touches it But Me: it’s only a Two ur Warranty: So I have to Have Another and I Love The APPEARANCE SEE!!!

I got this used. I was surprised that someone would return something so beautiful. The only issue I have is there isn't a way to turn the blue light off individually. It makes it impractical in a bedroom. However it looks very slick and you can store 10 watches in it, 4 winding at the same time. People complaining about it constantly not turning do not know the product or how it works. It should only wind once ever 6 minutes or so for 2 minutes depending on the setting. Get your citizens, Seikos, Tissots, and other favorite brands and getting them moving!

I purchased this to replace the exact one we’ve had for five years. It looks and acts exactly like the old one except it has no light. Many of the reviews with photos show a light just like our old one. I’m so disappointed in this omission. I will likely return it and find another model that has the light.

I am very satisfied with watch winder. It looks very nice and is reliable. After almost a year, I had a minor issue with the product and contacted customer service. They were quick and friendly in their support and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.There is no better value in watch winders. I highly recommend it!

This is such an amazing winder. I can’t even hear it it’s so quiet. I love the fact that they send you 4 large pillows for the people that need them. I bought this off Amazon and it was missing the keys. I got in touch with Zack over at triple tree. He was awesome to deal with. Got back to me in less then a day and stayed on it tell I was taken care of. I would recommend this case and or triple tree.
