I recently tried two varieties: the chocolate chip and almond, and the raisin and almond flavors. I mainly stick to a sugar-free diet not exactly keto, but along those lines, as it helps to keep me from gaining weight. And these have to be my favorite sugar-free cookie I've had, particularly since I can't have anything with chocolate in it, which means I'm stuck mostly with just sugar-free butter cookies that have little flavor. These are *so* tasty! I don't have too many issues with Maltitol and only have 1 cookie as a snack, but the lemon tang and the nice crunch of these cookies is a joy. They keep well in the freezer and I have generally been lucky and not gotten containers that have been badly broken, there will usually be a few broken cookies but the majority are intact.

Lets face, when you are trying to eliminate sugar and white flour from your diet, you are not left with many appetizing choices, not to mention some very unpleasant side effects from many of the sugar substitutes.I was expecting so very horrible, mostly inedible creations reminiscent of wood shop. I am surprised to say that I was disaapointed, in that these were okay.They will not win any flavor contest against the real thing, The flavor is a little flat going in but as you chew them, the expected sawdust and grainy flavors do not show up, and instead a hint of almond oil emerges as you swallow. This not unpleasant almond aftertaste could be moved up forward the flavor profile (I have not idea how to do that) but other than that, they satisfy my craving for the real thing, especially with a nice hot cappuccino.They are not sweet at all so this actually works if you dunk them in your sweetened coffee.I would even give then 2 starts against a real biscotti.

What a blessing you are for Diabetics, to provide such wonderful, flavorful S-F cookies. I've tried all of your products sold on Amazon now. My all-time favorite is the pecan meltways, but the lemon, and then, the cranberry-orange biscuits are also favorites. The oatmeal is the only one that needs some more flavoring - I suggest putting a bit of pumpkin pie spice in the mixture to give that more flavor. Several had mentioned getting broken pieces when received - - I say eat the broken pieces, because they are great!! Too, I ordered three different kinds with four packages of cookies in each, and NOT ONE cookie was broken in this delivery! Some complained that the lemon cookie was too thin and needed more flavoring - my suggestion: use two of the cookies with a little S-F vanilla frosting in-between to make it a sandwich cookie - it's fabulous that way too. I was so excited to get these.. opening the box, I found they were more crumbles than cookies. I tasted them. I didn’t expect them to be sweet, after all they are sugar free, which was why I bought them. The texture was grainy and the taste was more like a strange slightly sour artificial lemon flavor. If I didn’t know they were supposed to be lemon cookies, I never would have guessed the flavor to be lemon. I don’t tike them at all. Maybe I can put them thru my food processor and use the as sprinkles on yogurt or maybe I will just throw them away. . Will not be buying again.

At this price they can at least use Stevia instead of Maltitol.

These taste like Keebler Pecan Sandies and they have the same crumbly sandy texture. Can eat these out of hand like a regular cookie or crush them and use them for pie crusts (awesome!) Be aware however, they are made with butter so they are NOT low fat and while they also use spelt, they have flour and are NOT gluten free. The calories are high (about 50-60 calories a cookie) but just without real sugar. But so good!!! Expensive and sometimes hard to find so buy then when you see them.

What I didn’t like was most of the cookie were broken and lots of crumbs, it I did like them.
