The best robe for the hospital. I wish I had this when I delivered my first baby!
I'm 5'4" and pre baby weight I am around 145lbs. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and got this robe for my hospital stay. I ordered the L/XL and it fits my belly perfect. There's no belly popping out at all. This is my second child, and we all know that your belly doesn't just disappear after you have the baby, so I'm looking forward to feeling a little pretty after having him. The colors are exactly shown as in the picture and the belt is attached on the sides, which is awesome. It did have a strong chemical smell (as read in other reviews) so definitely wash it before you wear it. I washed mine with the Free and Clear detergent I had bought to wash all the babies new clothes and the smell came right out. Definitely get this, you won't be disappointed!

Was nervous reading some reviews, but it's great!
I am so happy I bought this robe! I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews since some ladies were saying the S/M ran really small, some didn't have pockets, chemical smell on arrival, etc. I'm about to have my second baby and I really wanted to get a robe that didn't make me feel frumpy in the hospital. I got this robe in the Annabelle print and it's so cheery. I'm 5'-03", 125lbs pre-pregnancy, and 165lbs right now in my 37th week. My belly is huge and sticks out like a basketball (or at least that's what most well-meaning folks tell me), so I was worried about the robe fitting. It fits great! It perfectly covers my belly now without any stretching/pulling. The length is perfect - it falls right about my knees, so it's not too long, but not too short to take walks around the hospital. The fabric was a tad smelly when I got it, though it may have been from the plastic wrapping it was in - it was totally fine (and much softer) after I washed it. The 3/4 length sleeves are perfect - nice and loose to help with those pesky hot flashes after birth. And there are pockets...enough said. I was also pleased that it came in a very pretty patterned shipping envelope, which was a nice touch from the seller. I seriously can't wait to wear this in the hospital and at home after baby is born! Definitely worth treating yourself if you're considering!

good concept, but fabric not as-pictured & size options limited
The robe itself is fine. Well-designed and good combo with the birthing gown. I like that it's more knee-length for optimal comfort if walking halls in labor or entertaining visitors after birth--when I don't want to be wondering if something is showing by accident. I think it would be good if a smaller size option were offered. The small/med. size is borderline too huge even though I'm less than a month from my due date (& I'm petite but not tiny): right now 5' 3" & 155 lbs. full-term. I have several complaints: 1) The "Mae" fabric is NOT what is pictured. It is a very large-scale splattered abstract flower-print, not the delicate print pictured. The blue is much muddier and more grey. Definitely returning for a different color. 2) The coordinating line of birthing gowns often are not in stock in a fabric that matches the robes. The point is a matching "set," but it's hit or miss what is available.

Don’t hesitate
I went back and forth about letting myself purchase a cute robe for my hospital stay/postpartum of our 3rd/last baby. I found this one and kept it in my Amazon cart for what seemed like forever trying to convince myself it would be a worthwhile purchase. Finally pulled the trigger and then a friend gifted me another robe so I had every intention of returning this once it arrived. I almost didn’t even take it out of the bag but decided it was worth a try on. Yep, pretty sure I haven’t taken it off since except to wash it! It’s perfect for postpartum/nursing and is so cute. The 3/4 sleeves are great bc they don’t get in the way while nursing or caring for baby. I also love that it’s a longer length (hits right at knees) - For reference, I am 5’5” (120/125lb pre-pregnancy; 160lb at delivery) and I got the S/M and it’s perfect. Big enough to be comfy & provide coverage but doesn’t look frumpy. I highly recommend!

Just get it! It’s perfection.
Ok so I’m pre-pregnancy 6’ tall, 270 lbs, size 18 (I’ve now gained 20 lbs and am 34 weeks currently if that helps for sizing as well). I really wanted the robe and gown set but they were sold out of the “plus” sized robe. Turns out the L-XL size is actually for sizes 16-20 per the stores website. I still was a little worried about it but I bought them both thinking I’d just return. They actually fit perfectly, both the robe and the delivery gown. Heavy, good quality fabric, but not hot at all. For my first child, I was gifted a gorgeous floral robe from a boutique. I lived in my pretty robe after my first pregnancy and didnt ever feel dumpy or gross. Treat yourself to a beautiful robe. Feeling beautiful in something so comfortable those first vulnerable tired days makes such a difference in your mental health. And they look so pretty and polished for those first sweet photos with baby. Such a little thing made me feel so pretty last delivery/post partum, and I’m sure this set will do the same with #2. Get you a pretty robe, just do it.

Beautiful robe!
Love the pockets and how long it is! I’m 5’6” and it’s about knee length. It covered my belly completely and is extremely comfortable postpartum! I really liked wearing this over the gown the hospital gave me- I was much more comfortable. The floral print helped me feel rather pretty at a time when you normally don’t feel very beautiful. I’m 16 days postpartum as of this writing and I wear this almost 24/7 unless we have company to see the baby or I have a doctors appointment, that’s how much I love it! I love the light blue background and the pin land yellow floral accents- was perfect for my son and will be perfect for future babies as well (whether boy or girl), plus looks great in those new mommy and baby pictures!

Very comfortable
Very functional. Easy to breast feed in. The lastic under eeth the bust is gentile enough (i had issues with other garments because lastic was too hard, wide...making it uncomfortable)Very comfortable.
