Had to fiddle with battery to make it stay connected.Eventually installed with battery pulling on wire. May be poor connection on board.

Seems like a very good meter, was not sure on several areas that was checked. Reading seemed to be out of line from other areas that was checked, but all in all pretty accurate...Thanks,M.J.

Was a little apprehensive at first, considering how cheap this thing was. But I tested it and the results are consistent. Very happy with this nifty gadget. I expect it will save me from all sorts of unforseen wood movement in the shop. Definitely recommend this.

This is a great and reasonable product that allows you the ease of tracking the moisture of wood slabs.
