Absolute Disgrace of a Book in the condition it was in
I think it is completely disgusting that I got a book with mouse bites, rips, tears, highlighting, and missing pages. Also was loose leaf edition rebound. Disgusting. Now I have to return for refund and I've already been out of a text for the first two weeks of class!
