10-151 6-1/2-Inch 18mm Quick Point Knife

This is a very sharp knife. I use it for cutting boxes, plastic bags, and empty plastic bottles at the cafeteria where I work.I ordered the smallest version of the knife that I could find on Amazon, but it is still larger than the Stanley knives we use at work. I also cannot get any of the knife points to break off along the scored lines; I only get jagged edges when I try to snap off the points. Other versions of this knife also have a locking mechanism to keep the blade from retracting, which this version lacks.

I own many Stanley products. I have grown to depend on them a great deal. This product didn't let me down. In fact I own 2 others besides this one. I would recommend this product to everyone. I plan on buying many more.

Heavy duty applications. Works great on cardboard boxes that I cut up in order to take to the recycling center.

Larger than expected but couldn't find these in the hardware store any more. They're sharp and last a long time.

We are not using this as a tradesperson - just heavy use around the house - and we like it. Works just FINE for us.

I like that it's smaller than the cutters provided at work making it easier to hold but it dulls quickly and it's easy to lose. It would be nice if you could attach it to your body somehow and the product came with replacement blades. I bought replacement blades but the hole is on the wrong side making the top angle wrong.
