Caron Yarn X Pantone FRZN, Frozen Berry

This yarn is really lovely. Very soft and squishy and wonderful to work with. The colors are very saturated and beautiful, and for the most part....it is a five star yarn.NOW FOR THE UNACCEPTABLE PART - Each of these sections is a mini skein. Too many of these little skeins had a knot, which means that even the short little bit you get of each color (25.4 yards) isn't a contiguous strand. That is just ridiculous and completely unacceptable. And I don't want to hear blahblahblah industry standards say it is acceptable. It isn't.....not for a tiny skein. The smaller the yardage, the more you lose cutting the lame knot they make and creating a new one that isn't a giant blob. I was extremely disappointed. One little section had TWO KNOTS ....two knots in 25.4 yards. Nothing says F-you to your customer quite like that kind of lack of quality control. OK.....this is an open faced sandwich. Like I said, LOVELY yarn, but geez.....I feel cheated.

I love the feel and colors of my yarn. Only down side is the tiny amount of each. I will order another set of colors but order 2 skeins instead of 1.

Since this is a gift for someone else I can't answer this part of the review yet.

What a disaster. I don’t know if they think the way it’s packaged is a cute idea or what but each skein ended up in a big tangled mess. I ended up throwing it all away. Simply too frustrating

Good colors but some how the box was good but the yarn was wet

Caron yarn is like butter! I love these sets! Colors are amazing and the amount of yarn is perfect to make an adult size hat! Love them!
